Michael holds stormwater certifications in both states. Safety is always a top priority, so OSHA safety certifications are always kept current. Rowe Builders is also a Florida-certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE-Veteran).
Our Foundation
During his retail career, our founder, Michael Rowe, gained extensive construction knowledge through the remodeling and building of new stores. That led to a career change in Construction Management, where Michael obtained his general contracting licenses and worked for established general contractors and developers.
Rowe Builders, LLC was launched in 2019. Originally, the company was started part-time to help friends and family with their small projects, but that humble beginning has quickly grown into the full-time enterprise we are today!
Our Specialities
Our retail roots give us valuable insight into the difficulties faced by business owners when undertaking construction projects. This understanding sets us apart, as we understand the struggles of downtime and the importance of maintaining business operations during construction. Our proficiency lies in skillfully scheduling project activities around a business's operating hours.
Our team takes great pride in each project we complete, especially steel buildings, one of our specialties.
